Certified Broker Opinion Letter

The Broker Opinion Letter is the simplest valuation report we offer. It is typically used by buyers and sellers of smaller businesses to price a business or evaluate the reasonableness of an offer. The Broker Opinion letter is typically restricted to a single user who is knowledgeable of the company's operating history. The opinion is generally set out in a two or three page letter and contains the writer's conclusion of the businesses' value under current market conditions.

This type of letter should not be used for any other purpose than stated in the report. It has the lowest level of assurance and is not prepared to the professional standards of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) or the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
